The Flowflex® Plus RSV + Flu A/B + COVID Home Test is a lateral-flow immunoassay for the rapid, simultaneous qualitative detection and differentiation of respiratory syncytial virus, influenza A, influenza B and SARS-CoV-2 protein antigens in anterior nasal swab samples.
The test is intended for individuals with signs and symptoms of respiratory tract infection. Individuals aged 14 years or older may test themselves, while adults may collect samples and perform the test for children aged 6 months to 13 years.
| Respiratory Virus | Result Marker | Detected Target |
|---|---|---|
| Respiratory Syncytial Virus | R | RSV protein antigens |
| Influenza A | A | Influenza A protein antigens |
| Influenza B | B | Influenza B protein antigens |
| COVID-19 | CoV | SARS-CoV-2 protein antigens |
This test does not detect influenza C or other respiratory pathogens. A positive result does not rule out co-infection with another virus or bacterium.

The infant procedure differs from the procedure for users aged 2 years and older. Carefully read and follow the Quick Reference Instructions supplied with the kit before testing.
In the clinical study, test results were compared with FDA-cleared, highly sensitive RT-PCR molecular assays.
| Virus | Positive Percent Agreement | Negative Percent Agreement |
|---|---|---|
| COVID-19 | 91.6% | 99.9% |
| Influenza A | 92.9% | 99.8% |
| Influenza B | 92.9% | 99.9% |
| RSV | 94.1% | 99.8% |
Positive and negative percent agreement describe performance compared with the reference RT-PCR assays used in the clinical study. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee of accuracy for every individual test.
The manufacturer lists a 24-month shelf life when the test is stored under the recommended conditions. Always verify the expiration date printed on the test packaging.
It detects and differentiates protein antigens from RSV, influenza A, influenza B and SARS-CoV-2 using one anterior nasal swab sample.
Read the test result at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the test before 15 minutes or after 30 minutes.
Yes. An adult may test a child aged 6 months or older. Children aged 6–23 months must be tested using the included pediatric swab guard with at least two adults present. Do not use the test on children younger than 6 months.
No. Self-collection and self-testing are intended for individuals aged 14 years or older. An adult must collect the sample and perform the test for children aged 6 months to 13 years.
No. The test is intended for individuals with signs and symptoms of respiratory infection that began within the previous five days.
A negative result means the test did not detect RSV, Flu A, Flu B or COVID-19 antigens. It does not rule out infection. Contact a healthcare provider if symptoms persist or worsen.
Yes. More than one test line can appear, indicating that antigens from multiple respiratory viruses were detected.
No. The test detects influenza A and influenza B but does not detect influenza C.
Reference L03A-R1545 contains two complete home tests per kit.

Security at Stripe: Learn how Stripe handles security.
A PCI-certified auditor has audited Stripe. We’re a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections:
We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.
