How to Perform the Test
Allow the test and specimen to reach 18°C-30°C (65°F-86°F). Open the sealed pouch and remove the device.
Hold one side of the device and pull off the cap with the other hand.
Immerse the absorbent end in the urine specimen without allowing the urine level to rise above the MAX line.
Place the test on a clean, dry, nonabsorbent surface and start the timer.
Interpret the result at 5 minutes. Results read after 5 minutes may be inaccurate and should not be used.
