How to Perform the Test
- Allow the test card, urine specimen and any controls to reach room temperature between 59–86°F (15–30°C) before testing.
- Remove the test card from its sealed pouch and use it promptly.
- Remove the cap and immerse the test strips vertically in the urine with the arrows pointing toward the specimen.
- Keep the strips in the urine for at least 10–15 seconds. Immerse them to the level of the wavy lines without going above the arrows.
- Replace the cap, place the card on a clean, nonabsorbent flat surface and start the timer.
- Read the drug-test results at five minutes and follow the package insert supplied with the product.
Understanding the Results
