The Healgen Multi-Drug Urine Test Dip Card is a competitive-binding lateral-flow immunoassay for the simultaneous qualitative detection of five drugs and drug metabolites in human urine.
This configuration screens for benzodiazepines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana, methamphetamine and opiates. Results are read at five minutes. Each box contains 25 individually packaged dip cards.
The 5-panel configuration detects the following drugs or drug metabolites at the listed cutoff concentrations:
| Drug or Drug Class | Abbreviation | Cutoff | General Detection Window |
|---|---|---|---|
| Benzodiazepines | BZO | 300 ng/mL | Approximately 1–4 days |
| Cocaine metabolites | COC | 300 ng/mL | Approximately 2–3 days |
| Marijuana / cannabinoids | THC | 50 ng/mL | Approximately 1–7 days |
| Methamphetamine | mAMP / MET | 1,000 ng/mL | Approximately 2–3 days |
| Opiates / morphine | OPI | 2,000 ng/mL | Approximately 1–3 days |
Read the complete package insert before using the test. If the device was refrigerated, allow it to reach room temperature before opening the pouch.
| Result | Line Appearance | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Negative | One control line and one test line appear | The drug concentration is below the test’s cutoff. Any visible test line, including a faint line, should be interpreted as negative. |
| Preliminary positive | A control line appears, but no test line appears for that drug | The drug or drug-metabolite concentration may be at or above the cutoff. Laboratory confirmation is required. |
| Invalid | No control line appears | The test is invalid. Review the procedure and repeat the test using a new dip card. |
It screens for benzodiazepines, cocaine metabolites, marijuana, methamphetamine and opiates in human urine.
Read the results at five minutes. Results should not be interpreted after five minutes.
Any visible test line, even a faint pink or red line, should be interpreted as negative when the control line is also present.
No. The urine specimen must be collected in a separate clean, dry container.
Yes. A positive dip-card result is preliminary and must be confirmed using a more specific laboratory method such as GC/MS or LC/MS.
Yes. The applicable Healgen Multi-Drug Urine Test Dip Card analytes are listed by FDA as CLIA-waived.

Security at Stripe: Learn how Stripe handles security.
A PCI-certified auditor has audited Stripe. We’re a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections:
We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure that browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.
