Basic Test Procedure
- Collect the urine specimen directly in the cup to at least the minimum fill line.
- Tighten the lid and place the cup on a flat surface.
- Observe the temperature strip 2–4 minutes after collection. A reading of 90–100°F (32–38°C) is the acceptable fresh-specimen range stated by the manufacturer.
- Peel back the label and read the drug-screen results at 5 minutes.
